It looks like the posessed little girl is salivating over the raw cow heart the nice woman is spreading on the wholesome, cellophane-wrapped, enriched white bread.

I was totally just saying that looked like heart puree. High-five!
Of course, the problem is that the possessed girl is actually looking off-frame, perhaps planning to sever her mother's hands at the wrist.
